Sean Covel is an American Film Producer

who is known for his work on Napoleon Dynamite, Concrete Blondes, Beneath, Matt Epic and childrens books Porter the Hoarder.

Small Town kid from Edgemont, South Dakota tells us how he packed up in a U-Haul with a mattress a motorcycle and found his way in the film industry. With his Fame and Success, Sean still chooses to reside in South Dakota, create children's books and talks about maybe creating some movies in your town right here in South Dakota.

Here we are, Thanksgiving 2020. 

For some of you not much has changed this year, but for many Americans, their world has been slammed upside down. 

Here in the Black Hills Families, Friends, Co-workers, Brothers, Sisters, Nieces, Nephews, Grand-kids and many others have become separated.

Not only has Covid played a big part in separating us but also one another being on opposite sides of

Black Lives Matter vs All Lives Matter, Being an Essential vs Non-Essential, Wear a Mask or I'm Not Wearing A Mask, Democrat vs Republican, Biden or Trump.

Our generation is coming up to lead this State, Country, and Community.  I'm here to show those of us with a not so perfect record, tattoos and some bad choices we've made we are still able to help our neighbors in our community and we can have Conversations with Leaders in a civil way.

Obviously I am not familiar at all with the jobs of the City Council, County Commissioners, Ward Representatives or anything Political.  The best way to educate myself is to get to know those that are in office in our community.  I was afraid it was going to be a snooze but it was very insightful for me to hear of how the Commission is working with Teen Up and the Rapid City Youth City Council educating and giving them experience so our community and those around us are more prepared for the future and ready to hit a pandemic head on if it ever happens again (i hope not).

This episode is all about the War on Veteran Suicide.  I got word that a couple of my buddies were collaborating and one was with Mission 22 and the others were Active National Guard.  Mental Health is very serious and these guys tell how getting help is the right thing to do and not a bitch move.  I hope this episode helps someone out there.  Have a Happy 4th of July be safe and if your drinking call a Lyft or an Uber.
