Tonight is not a debate. Tonight is not an opportunity to be angry with our panel or take sides. Tonight, is simply about perspective. It is possible I won’t agree with everything that is said and neither will you. So much of this stuff, at times, is grey. The goal and purpose is to become GREAT listeners and ask the Holy Spirit to lead us into all truth.

The goal tonight is UNITY. I don’t want to just be a diverse church; I want to be a unified church. We are changing our core value from diversity to unity. Diversity is all around us, but just because it’s around us doesn’t mean it’s within us. We can have a form of godliness but deny its power (2 Tim. 3:5). Therefore, let’s not give the illusion of unity by natural diversity, instead, let’s show the world the power of unity because of the opportunity we have from our diversity.

God wants your heart, not your money. However, your heart is often tied to your treasure. So, the more we are willing to release, the more of our heart God has. In faith, God wants us to apply the 100% principle. In other words, we cannot apply 80% of obedience and act as if God has your heart. He wants it all and it starts with your heart

Inherently, America is not all bad. However, this election and the future of our nation is less about who is elected and more about who is appointed. God has appointed us to be influencers, to usher in heaven to earth. We need revival in America and your willingness to be used by God is exactly how this happens.

As the holidays approach, it is so easy for us to live above our means and stress ourselves out in trying to keep up with what everyone else’s doing. We have an identity and a pride problem but act like we are keeping it real/100 when we are just being phony. We must first KNOW and then BE confident in where God is taking us in every season of our lives.
