Where there is no redemptive revelation, the people cast off restraint. We are masterpieces of divine origin, created in Christ Jesus with a vision, a purpose, and a sense of direction. God wants us to constantly envision ourselves in the story of redemption and out of that truth, embrace the vision that He has for our lives.
Naturally, when people write visions, they write them with high hopes and great expectations, until they wake up to the harsh reality that their vision does not preserve them from sudden occurrences that people sometimes end up ignorantly labeling as the "acts of God." Someone can have a lofty vision for their health and still suddenly get caught in an unpleasant situation. This is why the atmosphere under which we find the liberty to write our vision, is as important, if not much more important than the vision we have written. The atmosphere that causes our vision to be valid and long-lasting is the atmosphere of God's grace.
In God's grace, there are no negative eventualities. In God's grace, there are no maybes. God's grace is the parameter where all our visions finds expression. Our visions are preserved in the finished work of Jesus.
