In today's episode, the Blunt Brothers discuss the significance of understanding radio frequencies in order to learn how to truly vibrate higher. The first segment breaks down what radio frequencies are and how they are used to target individuals and communities to create dynamics.
Many people do not understand how music is weaponized to normalized violence and crime within the black community. In no other genre are people encouraged to make music about murdering their own people than in hip hop/rap. This is by design and to provide additional insight, the brothers showcase a clip taken from "White Mike's" Ted Talk about how the owners of radio stations allow this type of music to circulate within the neighborhoods of America.
They move on to discuss how music is also used to get a certain reaction out of people without them knowing, even in churches. Detailing the usage of beats per minute (BPM's), listeners can be put in a trance-like state subconsciously. In conclusion, they give insight into how understanding these different principles, you can protect your mind and heart from manipulation to learn how to vibrate higher and truly elevate in your own life.

Diving into episode 3, the Blunt Brothers shed a little light on their backgrounds & how some of the life hurdles made them the men they are today. Chris describes how not going to college allowed him to create a life that he loves, while Justin summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of going to college.
They briefly discuss the 4 different types of education: Street Smarts (Non-Formal), Book Smarts (Academia or Formal), Common Sense (Informal), & Self Education and how their backgrounds afforded them the luxury to learn what was necessary to better their lives. This leads directly to their breakdown of knowing the difference between "Materialism" versus "Value."
In our society, people know the cost of everything, but they do not know the value of anything. If your identity is based on materialism, it will leave you feeling undervalued and always seeking ways to prove your worth.

The untimely death of Kobe Bryant made the world pause for a moment and remember that death is no respecter of persons. In episode 2, the Blunt Brothers discuss not only the loss of Kobe's life but also the death of his 13-year-old daughter Gianna Bryant among 7 other people in Sunday's helicopter crash.
In an era where people rush to be the first to report on these kinds of tragedies, there are a lot of details that are left out or not reported correctly, which can lead to even more hurt because of the misinformation. However, there are also people that speak on these situations not out of respect for the families mourning, but to capitalize on their misfortune.
The brothers address Dr. Umar Johnson who sought to paint Kobe's death out to be a conspiracy theory. They also address the MSNBC report who stated she made a mistake when referring to Kobe Bryant, but they focus mainly on honoring Kobe as a Husband, a Father and an Icon who impacted the lives of so many people while he was alive. The Mamba Mentality is about ceasing every moment we are given to execute with all that we have in order to dominate and we can truly say that Kobe lived up to this until his very last moments.
To the Bryant family, the Altobelli family, the Mauser family, the Chester family and the Zobayan family, we send our deepest condolences to you all.

What would the music industry look like for the Black Community if Dr. Martin Luther King Jr was still alive in 2020?
In episode 1, the Blunt Brothers discuss whether or not artists like Lil Wayne & Future would have the kind of influence they gained by promoting a lifestyle of using various drugs at the same time, as well as the result of an aspiring artist who may follow in their steps, without considering the repercussions of the lifestyle associated with their lyrics. The brothers also pay homage to rapper Nipsey Hussle, who unfortunately was not honored the way he should have been until after he was murdered, which left the world shocked since he was known for using his musical abilities and finances to improve and uplift his community.
"Martin Luther King Jr. Day (a.k.a. MLK Day) is an American federal holiday marking the birthday of Martin Luther King Jr. It is observed on the third Monday of January each year. King's birthday is January 15.
Dr. King was the chief spokesperson for nonviolent activism in the Civil Rights Movement, which successfully protested racial discrimination in federal and state law. The campaign for a federal holiday in King's honor began soon after his assassination in 1968. President Ronald Reagan signed the holiday into law in 1983, and it was first observed three years later. At first, some states resisted observing the holiday as such, giving it alternative names or combining it with other holidays. It was officially observed in all 50 states for the first time in 2000."
