When designing your Airbnb profits it is important to project how much revenue each unit can generate. Depending on how much each Airbnb unit can generate, your revenue goals will be reached quicker. So If you're trying to quit your job and become an Airbnb professional, it is very important to go after units that will generate the amount of revenue necessary to cover living expenses.

With this in mind, you may want to consider targeting bigger units. There's a huge difference in revenue between a four bedroom and a five bedroom Airbnb unit. In today's episode, we discuss the five bedroom revenue jump on Airbnb.
