In 2017, he sold his $10 million dollar investment portfolio to start an Airbnb Arbitrage business at the age of 24. Within two years, he was managing 15 cash flowing Airbnbs in Chicago, IL. However, more importantly, he had created a process of sorting through Airbnb data so well that he could find highly profitable properties anywhere. He then started teaching people his process and has since become known as 'The Airbnb Data Guy'. Now, he creates reports for short term rental investors looking to find the most profitable Airbnb locations around the world.
