We had the pleasure of discussing men’s health issues with Dr. Nicole Swiner in episode 35 of #TheBoardMeeting. From prostate exams to male balding, Dr. Swiner gives us real, practical advice about our health and smart ways we can take better care of ourselves. We also get to talk to her about her book, How To Avoid The Superwoman Complex, and her upcoming event in 2016! This may be the most fun we’ve had for an episode of #TheBoardMeeting! Halloween is coming, but don’t be scared! In episode 34 of #TheBoardMeeting we talk about the difference between Halloween when we were kids and now, our 3 man football pick ’em league, and the #AssaultAtSpringValleyHigh. Also, we discuss our #BODtop3 fears!

On episode 33 of #TheBoardMeeting we get a chance to turn the tables on WISTV’s Meaghan Norman and have her answer questions instead of asking them. We get some insight on her proudest moment, and the influence of her father in her life. Also, we discuss how the #SCFlood has affected the Columbia area.

In episode 32 of #TheBoardMeeting, we recap our trip to Walterboro and our experience dealing with middle school kids. Also, we get into why Mike and Jabari refuse to use social media. Finally we discuss our #BODtop3 favorite movies, and the jokes begin to FLY! It’s a good time as usual!
