As people know that I wrapped up my long term cut and photoshoot on 24th of January and I've been phasing out. It was pretty balanced for a week but then on nye I lost it on chocolates. So in this video I cover my experience, how I bounced back and some of my 2 cents on phasing out post a long term cut.
