He is a role model in aquatics who's water polo playing career includes the Australian National Water Polo League, and the US Mens B Team and served as Head Coach for Orange Coast College leading their team to top three multiple times at regional championships. He now coach athletes, parents and coaches in the importance of mental health awareness. Adam deliver some research insight that look at the social, behavioral and biochemical changes that are responsible for the changes in mental health among athletes while actively playing and in their post playing career. He highlights the importance of recognizing and making the necessary adjustments to safeguard the wellbeing of our athletes in and out of sports.
