• On this week's episode of The Bonnie Barnes Show, Bonnie takes her two sons Jacob & Caleb, husband John, body guard Cathleen and of course her trusty assistant Lauren to the shooting range so they can all become proficient in self defense. Unfortunately, as the day drags on, mishaps become more frequent and the day ends at the emergency room. Listen now to find out why Lauren pointed a loaded gun at someone in the group's head.

• Bonnie decides to hire retired Marine and Police Officer Cathleen Evans as her personal body guard and head of her home security staff. Lauren returns this week having received a new car from John, Bonnie's husband, which leads Bonnie to question if they are perhaps having an affair. Bonnie still wants Lauren to obtain her concealed carry license which Lauren will only do if it gets her out of babysitting Trisha's daughter Blake.

• In this episode of The Bonnie Barnes Show, Bonnie is out of sorts because Lauren's car broke down and she couldn't help Bonnie record the podcast. The show must go on- until Bonnie burns out after 15 minutes. In the 15 minutes Bonnie musters up, she gives a recollection of her experience taking self defense classes, why she believes her stylist from Neiman Marcus loathes Lauren, and why she will not be allowing John to purchase Lauren a new Toyota Camry.

• Lauren returns from her ski trip to find Bonnie stressed and in disarray trying to manage the house by herself. Jacob demanded a Taco Tuesday party for 12 boys on a school night and it ended in Chaos as it always does. Bonnie's younger son Caleb wants to start a modeling career and Bonnie and Lauren do their best to help him get started... Unfortunately their best isn't good enough.

• With Bonnie's maid Tonya, executive assistant Lauren and best friend Trisha all out of town during her son's winter break, Bonnie finds herself overworked, exhausted, lonely and hyper-focused and concerned about her son Jacob's new friend "Tiffany."

• Bonnie has her best friend Trisha and her executive assistant Lauren on the podcast and asks them to bring a list of their favorite luxury gift items to share with the audience; unfortunately, wires seem to get crossed and they bring... The opposite of that.

• Bonnie's younger son Caleb has been accused of making a tik tok video following the current trend of telling people what you don't like about them, i.e. your "ick" for them. He is accused of doing this without the other students' consent, essentially harassing them. To illustrate that this is a fun and playful "game" Bonnie and Lauren share their "ick's" for each other on the air.

• Bonnie brings her assistant Lauren and her best friend Trish with her to sunny Los Angeles, California, for her audition for her favorite show, "Yellowstone." Lauren hits a wall with Bonnie's antics and winds up drunk out of her mind at The Abbey, and Trisha reveals something that happened with her daughter Blake a few days before they got on the plane.

• Bonnie, Lauren and Jacob go Black Friday shopping at Dicks Sporting Goods so Jacob could get a new snowboard. Chaos ensues when Lauren has a panic attack on the rock wall and Jacob injures a shopper while testing out his new toy. John, Bonnie's husband, got stuck with Caleb at Joanne fabrics for 4 hours and missed out on all the Holiday fun!

• Bonnie hosts Thanksgiving and invites Lauren and her girlfriend Alexis. The entire Barnes family is shocked at what happens when they arrive for Turkey Dinner. Lauren and Bonnie describe an incident with Bonnie's new friend "Deb," and Bonnie deals with her neighbor "Dick" NOT Richard, pressing charges on her son Jacob for ALLEGEDLY setting his deck on fire.
