Thanksgiving can be tough for those of us who have to celebrate without our people. So today, do me a favor and give yourself permission to feel what you're feeling. Be it sad, happy, grateful, angry, etc., do what you have to do to survive the holiday. But don't waste the time you have. Tell your people you love them. Tell stories that make you smile.
