Throughout the episode, I go over its key details. The book talks about finding happiness, meaning in life, how to live a long life, and other, general life advice and self-help tips that the residents of the town of Ogimi on the island of Okinawa, Japan use to live long lives. As well as detailing their diets, the book goes over what Okinawans eat, what their main source of exercise is, and where their happiness stems from.

The authors of today's book, "Ikigai" went to the island in order to find out what their secret was to live a long, healthy, happy life.
