David’s Human Resources and Organizational Development consulting career spans 30 years. In his current role, he is responsible for providing Leadership and Team Effectiveness training, coaching, and consulting services to clients including market leaders such as Aetna, Advanced Behavioral Health, Allied World, Behavioral Health Network, Chelsea Groton Bank, Day Pitney, Kaman Aerospace, KPMG, Mass Mutual, Otis Elevator, among many others. He is a frequent keynote speaker on the topic of leadership excellence and has lectured at a number of academic institutions including UConn, University of Hartford, Quinnipiac University, and the University of New Haven.
