Hi Everyone, I have missed you all and recording! I've had a lot on my mind and plate the last few months and finally making the time to sit, record and process my emotions feels so good. I share my words for this 2023 year and I know guys it's March, don't come at me for that. I'll be celebrating a birthday soon and with 31 right around the corner ain't nobody got time for unhealthy relationships with ANYONE! So I discuss settling vs. compromise and what it means to me.

Hey Guys! This week I am recording as a spectator of my daughter Delilah's life because she no longer wants to be comforted by me! LOL (So dramatic*) Just kidding kind of. I am now realizing how the dynamic at home is changing and how Javier and I are maybe swapping roles when it comes to our kids. I also share a little bit of my week and how Girl Scouts has been getting both Delilah and I out of our shells.
