Hey Guys, this week Javier and I take a stroll down memory lane. We share everything from how we met to how we are now navigating a new stage of parenthood. The road here hasn't been easy , because like Chun-Li (Val's favorite) and Ryu (Javier's favorite) we were always ready to fight, but just like others before us we have learned to adapt to the new chapters in our story. Learning to admit ones faults as well as knowing the qualities that make us great together. We officially reach our 10 year mark. Happy Anniversary to us!

Hey Guys! While recording for an episode on my S.I.L.'s podcast (It's Jessica, not Jennifer.) I realized that my high school experience was a little different from everyone else's and instead of sharing, and darkening the mood I decided to share on my podcast. At times recording this episode was tough because there's a lot of things that I have not shared with anyone else other than Javier, but I think it was necessary! 

Not all of us have had a movie perfect high school experience because of difficulties at home or poor decisions, but it's what you do after the hardships that count.

Parenting and marriage can be overwhelming and tiring so sometimes I put myself last and I now realize that is the most selfish thing I can do. Can you relate? Hi Guys! It feels so good to be back recording. Now that summer is over and football is back, so are Val with recurring guest Javier with a new episode.
