I’ve worked in the world of retail for over ten years and I have learned many lessons through it. One of the most important lessons was the power of upselling. I didn’t get it for the first couple of years but once I did it became second nature. For those of you who don’t know what upselling is, it’s when you sell someone something higher priced or additional add on items. Upselling is important especially in the world of business and sales.
