    This week Chris, Rob, Nat and Mark discuss all the big news from the week in gaming including a couple of biggies including: The price and release date revealed for PlayStation VR, Microsoft's new willingness to allow cross-play and thoughts on new information on No Man's Sky. We also introduce a new feature, Retro Wave Review where we all play the same retro game nominated by one of us and then discuss our thoughts on it and how it stands up to the modern world (basically an excuse to allow Chris to carry on playing only games released over a decade ago).

  • #124 - I'm afraid I was very, very drunk

    This week Chris, Rob and Seth (in Nat's absence) discover what it's like to record a podcast with a boozed up host and as a result end up with an overly extended news section due to a lot of people being talked over. Said news discussed this week includes: The release of Tom Clancy's The Division, Microsoft's new Xbox strategy, the shuttering of Lionhead and Press Play, Far Cry Primal recycling the map from Far Cry 4, Hitman reviews, Cyberpunk 2077 not coming any time soon, Beyond Good and Evil 2 rumored as a Nintendo NX exclusive and pre-orders now being available for the upcoming Assassin's Creed (movie).

    This week Chris and Nat suffer through an extended 'I told you so' from Rob due to his predictions last week for Xbox/PC integration seemingly being confirmed via a Phil Spencer interview. Once the overwhelming smugness has somewhat subsided further news is discussed including: Uncharted 4 trailer faux pas' and beta release, the PSP store closing and PS Vita TV halting production, Fire Emblem Fates selling over 300,000 copies during launch weekend, HTC Vive selling 15,000 units in 10 mins and Hololens development kit news. In amongst all of that we somehow find the time for Chris to tell us about him catching up on a 25 year old TV show and Nat kindly brings us all up to speed on the situation with his genitals.

    Games played and discussed this week include: Uncharted 1, Dying Light, Rocket League, Timesplitters 2, SOMA, Undertale, Just Cause 3, Unravel, Divinity: Original Sin and Yakuza 5 (again).
