Val is a former teacher and cheerleading coach who has been in the fitness industry for 11 years and is a certified Group Fitness Instructor holding several individual fitness certifications. When the fitness facility she worked at closed due to Covid, Val decided to take her virtual classes online to Facebook Live and got requests to find a space for in person classes.
