Studies show there has been an increase in workers survivor’s guilt. What is that you ask?
If your company has gone through severe cuts, those who are still standing feel terribly guilty about it.
But what if you DON’T feel survivor;'s guilt? Does that make you a Jerk or Justified?
Message from Buzz listener:
"My boss asked me to forfeit the pay raise I was promised to get next month. In my manager’s words of advice "I wouldn’t ruffle any feathers right now"
I really don't want to comply because I pretty much saved the department. I doing pretty much everything."
To ignore the request to forgo the raise, would it make him a JERK or JUSTIFIED?
