In 1892, two brutal axe murders shattered a quiet home in Fall River. Lizzie Borden was tried for killing her father and stepmother inside the now-infamous Lizzie Borden House — and was acquitted. But while the court delivered its verdict, the house never did.

Today, guests report footsteps climbing the narrow staircase, weeping in the upstairs bedroom, and an unseen presence lingering where the bodies once lay. In 1966, residents of Point Pleasant, West Virginia began reporting a towering winged figure with glowing red eyes watching from the shadows near an abandoned TNT plant. The Conjuring House refers to an 18th-century farmhouse in Harrisville, Rhode Island, where the Perron family lived from 1971–1980. Soon after moving in, they reported strange activity—objects moving, knocking sounds, foul odors, doors opening, and apparitions.

The mother, Carolyn Perron, claimed she became the primary target of the disturbances. The family believed the spirit of Bathsheba Sherman—a 19th-century woman rumored (without proven evidence) to have been involved in dark practices—was haunting the home.

The Sallie House is a small brick home in Atchison, Kansas, known as one of the most aggressively haunted houses in the U.S. It’s believed to be haunted by the spirit of a young girl named Sally, who may have died there during a medical procedure when the house was once a doctor’s residence. Visitors report hearing childlike footsteps and giggles—but those experiences often turn dark. Many people describe sudden temperature drops, doors slamming, objects moving, and even physical attacks like scratches or burns. Investigators believe the child spirit may be a disguise for a much darker entity that has attached itself to the house.
