We're both Trump supporters, but look at things from slightly different angles. He's got more of a Marjorie Taylor Greene point of view. Micah Erfan is one of the most intelligent, active, and well-respected young Democrats in politics. I had a good time getting to know him a bit and being grilled by him about virtually every issue under the sun. I conceded some points to him, but also did a lot of defending. Just because I'm a Trump supporter now doesn't mean I'm done talking to people from diverse backgrounds. If you're only talking to people who agree with you on everything, what's the point? Reflections on a nice call I got this morning, and a little more.

I've spent the last year or two blasting critical race theory. Now, unfortunately, the woke right is on the rise. It’s a little frightening, to be honest. Given that Nick has made two big podcast appearances recently, it seemed like the right time to discuss the controversial ideas he articulates so well. I hope you think I was fair and appropriate. All I want to do is play a small role in healing our country from these corrosive ideologies.
