Will Webster played in the English Championship, but decided to retire from the game to concentrate on coaching in his early 20s. He has gone on to coach Kenya 7s on the World Series, Hong Kong 7s & 15s and New England Free Jacks in Major League Rugby, winning two titles there. He now coaches coaches.
