No one succeeds alone. Do you think Facebook would have been a success without My Space? Why not stand on the shoulders of giants and learn from their mistakes. And it is all free. Why? It's something that I have to admit was lacking throughout my legal career. You just worked hard and by luck rather than judgment you find yourself climbing the greasy pole. Maybe I should have written them down so that I could see where I was going right and wrong. Two years ago I had an epiphany and switched careers and at that stage, it was time to start writing down the goals. But it's not just writing the goals down, it's about the review. No point in having goals if you don't take the time every week to review where you are going. This week I talk through my goals.

I met Philip around two years ago as a fresh-faced youth giving a talk at an ALG event that I attended - he must have looked 12 at the time! I was so taken with his ability that I was surprised when he suddenly disappeared from the ALG firmament. Given the fact that he was introduced as the next big thing I had always wondered what had happened to him. Now both you and I can find out in the last show of 2017 or the first of 2018. Grab a mug, throw over the duvet and dive into the mellifluous tones of Mr Howard - it's back to work tomorrow!!!!!!!!!!
