Pardon me?  Donald Trump pardons, frees from prison former Atlanta reality stars turned felons Todd and Julie Chrisley. Found guilty of securing $30-million in fraudulent bank loans and going to prison for it is, apparently, "harsh;" Whereas much of the nation shifted red in the last three Presidential elections, some bucked the trend and turned blue. Turns out most were in metro Atlanta; and federal cuts to grants for disadvantaged communities are leaving a mark on many Georgia towns.
