After a 2011 parachuting accident ended his military career, Dean transitioned to the private sector and has since become a record-breaking explorer and adventurer, motivational speaker and best-selling author.


    Dean’s journey from homeless shelter to Special Boat Service to intrepid adventurer is nothing short of inspirational. In 2018, he cycled the entire 14,000-mile length of the Pan-American Highway, the longest motorable road in the world, in under 100 days (covering 340 miles in one day, on his longest stint).
