Taking a break after a long history lesson, Danny goes solo again and reviews the first book in a new fantasy series centered around the darkness of thief guilds. During the review Danny confronts his own personal biases: an over stereotypical world, bland circumstances, redundant side characters, and a lethargic protagonist. That said, he also provided ample credit to Dalglish's vibrant and sadistic style of dagger combat and thrilling action. However, at the end Danny takes a few moments to explain why he has an issue with novels that function on fast pace alone. Taking a chance on a new author in a subject he doesn't read much, will Danny control the rage?

Poor Tsar. The wee lad was sick during this recording, but he pushed on through to pose a very good interview with Danny on the subject of Philip Freeman's book, 'Celtic Mythology'. The main course of the book was the sharing of a few Celtic myths as well as how they impact our culture today.
