This week we finish this month's series on Biblical Masculinity with exploring the King archetype. In this episode, we talk Scripture, philosophy, history, and kingly responsibility. This week we continue the Biblical masculinity theme in discussing a man's role in fulfilling the archetype of Priest in his home and in his family. We talk about how a priest must "stand in the gap" like the priest/prophet Ezekiel, and plays a powerful intercessory role like Job, Melchizedek, and Jesus Christ. Most importantly, we emphasize how a man must cultivate a closeness with God to enter His presence to bring a blessing outside the tabernacle for those who depend upon him.
