So i have a black eye today. So, we get into a little bit of fight educate today, plus some funny stories. And as always, be grateful for your ability to exercise! 

The big bad topic of the day is 'Triggers.' Something different sets each of us off, and its always for wildly different reasons. The thing is, the emotional reaction and feeling is very similar every single time, for us all.  The movies we make in our heads are almost always based off of emotion and insecurity, and not reality. 

Sometimes you just gotta have tough talks with yourself to stay in line!

If you are lifting heavy, you should already be working on your grip. You've gotta lift heavy weights. You've gotta learn to push the weights. If you increase your weight every single time, you need proper rest. We would guesstimate 90% of Americans do not know how to meal prep. To be fair, you don't know what you don't know.

Guys! We had a great conversation today about being scared, and that everything will fall into place. Just do it. Its okay to be scared!
