This week's episode involves the town of Libby, Montana, which has had its fair share of tragedy over the years. Kate dives into a bit of history surrounding the town, then focuses on the heart-wrenching case of Sheena Devine, a 30-year-old mother of two who was killed by an ex-boyfriend.
