THE BRVTALIST

The Brvtalist is proud to present a new mix from HKKPTR. One of the fresh flowers blooming in the fields of electronic music these days, HKKPTR hails from Leipzig, one of the epicenters of modern club culture in East Germany. He stands in line with a new generation of DJs and producers, serving their audiences Techno in its rawest, most unrelenting form. With his musical roots in Black Metal and Hardcore he found early access to electronic music through Gabber and Schranz. Ever since, he's been continuously surprising audiences with his predilection for darker and more energetic sides of electronic club music while refusing to be put into any categories.

The Brvtalist is pleased to premiere a new track from RUIIINS. "RUIVNS" comes off the the first release from Amsterdam's Blessure imprint. This first self-titled release is a collection of the original studio sessions that began the RUIIINS project. Each track is an experiment, leaning in various degrees into the live instruments, the ethereal or the harder core.

Ruiiins is a music project born from a shattered pile of broken experiments. RUIIINS stripped down everything in search of the new, destroying what raised us, to raise what will destroy us. Rising from Amsterdam’s shadows, Blessure is a relentless force fuelled by a disdain for apathy. It augments beyond the constraints of a label - one that aims to dismantle the ordinary and reconstruct it as a sonic purgatory.

RUIINS is out March 1st. All proceeds from the release will be donated to the Palestinian people. Get yours at: https://bl3ssure.bandcamp.com/album/ruiiins-ruiiins

The Brvtalist is pleased to premiere a new track from Swarm Intelligence. "Dejected" comes off the new release, The Shattered Self, forthcoming on Berlin's Subverted. The release finds the producer in top form, drawing influences from black metal, industrial-tinged dub and post rock, while splicing these with

his distinctive take on techno to devastating effect. "Dejected," our premeiere today, is the inaugural track on the release. It unleashes grinding walls of feedback against a relentless broken beat and its foreboding atmosphere heightened by a menacing low growl of distorted bass permeates the unease. It's a disquieting overture that sets the stage for the tumultuous journey ahead.

The Shattered Self is out on vinyl + digital March 22nd. Pick yours up at: https://subverted1.bandcamp.com/album/the-shattered-self
