Huge breakthrough for me at this current stage in my journey right now. Feels fantastic.
Yesterday was so shit, and now today is so much better. Good days are always on the horizon. The catch is you can’t give up. Otherwise you’ll never see them.
Going to develop a plan for these 18 levels I need to get through to reach level 19. Pretty stoked about that.
Found a software that I will more than likely go with. I’ve used it and messed with it multiple times in the past. But I just need to settle on something. Seems like this one is the one ( I HOPE ). It’s called EverFit.

Stoked when I was able to find issues and correct them. Because I thought it was good. But, I just improve it 15 different way. So what does that mean it is now? Better? Great? Exciting for me.
Failed my 16 hour fasting window today by 20 mins. Realized instead of making it harder on myself I should fit it in with my current schedule. That makes most sense in hindsight yet was overlooked.
Got an air mattress in my office. It acts as a couch and another place to do some work other than my office chair and desk.

I want everything to be as explanatory as possible. I want the questions that I get to be about things out of my control. That way, I know that there’s no issues with the course/program material.
Pro tip i’ve learned: When someone asks a question about ANYTHING – it means they don’t know. The way you get them to know is to explain and get them to understand. The way you do that is to (in this sense: literally) spell it out for them. Answer the questions and clear the confusion. Questions vanish. Woah.

Read over my 60 second check in form and shared valuable lesson I learned about compliance – it needs to be as easy as possible.
Talked about the tracking form and the backend integration of compliance and points. For future analysis and comparison. I want to know the data points that are indicative of future client success as soon as possible. I can always use that data later for marketing. “Clients who see their first big win [X] by the 21st day of the program go on to see a 25lb drop in weight and report 89% higher discipline.” whatever.

I guarantee this will be one of the most visited episodes ever. That’s my prediction as of the time stamp above.

I quit my job at FedEx (and washing trucks as a byproduct) today. That chapter of my life has closed. FedEx (the job) will hold a special place in my heart forever. It’s gotten me around the country, moved me into new places, and given me financial freedom for my needs. It instilled a lot within me.

I did not quit FedEx today, I quit a bad leader. It’s more like 50:50 actually, because I wanted to quit because I think it’s time to double down on- and focus on my own vision. The money will come. But the other half of this is quitting the shitty treatment from the manager.

And if this phone call wasn’t proof of what I’ve been talking about I don’t know what else is. That response is only reinforcing my decision of quitting.

When one door closes, another one opens.
