It's #Reflection Friday a new series on the podcast where I reflect on the lessons learned and light bulb moments I had throughout the week. In this episode we talk about my new job, being confident, and bringing your whole self to the table. Being confident is not something that came natural to me. I've had moments where I was courageous and did things boldly, but, to be confident is to stand firm in who you are and where you are and not give a crap about other people's opinions. For me, confidence happens manually and I'm okay with that. Also, this new job has been testing my inner gangster, I explain how I am allowing myself to grieve my old job while being resilient in my job. It's giving "the most" right now, but, "I gots to see it through my boy." As always, thank you so much for listening!
