Most fundraisers ask: Who do I send this appeal to?  But the better question is, What appeal do I send to this person?

We all recognize people are different—yet fundraising relies on a one-size-fits-all approach. Traditional segmentation—internal labels, past giving, or vague attitudinal groupings—fails to capture what truly drives a donor to give.
