They first met when Kevin was looking for a model for a calendar project which did not push through but definitely gave them a head start with their relationship. They share how they had to live apart for a while too, because Kevin did not want to affect his son who’s finishing high school to which Kim responded in the healthiest way possible. They knew that their children still comes first. Their children, especially Kevin’s daughter had a negative reaction to their relationship and so he shares how they worked together to show her what it’s like to love and to have affection. They basically became best friends that was nothing short of a preparation for all the challenges they got through together in the span of their marriage until now. 7 years into their marriage, Murphy got into a bad accident that made him legally blind and gave him permanent amnesia.
