1: Playing not to lose - You're constantly trying to prove yourself, and having to earn the fact that you deserve to be there. It can distract what the greater mission of that position
2: Playing too small - Instead of trying to figure out how to stay in your current position forever, what you need to think bigger on the mission laid out for you, and inspire others to do the same.
