As a trusted leader in the Upper Lav family, he has dedicated over 25 years to the entertainment industry, excelling in stage, film, and television.
Renowned as a film director, screenwriter, and producer, his works are characterized by uplifting storylines, controversial subject matter, and a celebration of life's triumphs.
He is often hailed as a "writer's storyteller" due to his stylistic use of multiple ethnicities, infusion of music and dance, and profound exploration of diverse themes that bridge opposing cultures.
During his professional dance career, he worked with Michael Jackson on the “History” Album promo commercial, toured with Mariah Carey, danced with Will Smith: Men in Black, Jiggy with It music video & Wild Wild West on the MTV Movie Awards with Dru Hill, appeared on Janet Jackson’s “Someone to call my Lover” music video, choreographed and danced for Genuwine and was a dancer for “Soul Train”
Leading the creative team, he also oversees the television licensing teams in creating content for augmented reality, social media platforms, and emerging digital arenas. Biography:
A choreographer known for her strong leadership, years of experience, and collaborative spirit, Louise Hradsky is a creative heavyweight with a refined point of view. Originally from Western Canada, she found her home in the vibrant Vancouver film and television industry in 2006, working steadily across the globe as a performer, choreographer, and movement coach since.
As a performer, Louise landed roles in feature films like: Sucker Punch, Mirror Mirror; and Deadpool 2, and TV shows including: A Series Of Unfortunate Events, Once Upon A Time, and Hellcats. Her balance of style, technical athleticism, and magnetic character performance also led her to Cirque Du Soleil, where Louise played the revered role of the Green Lizard in Cirque’s longest-running resident show in Las Vegas, Mystére.
Early in her career, Louise began working creatively and collaboratively for pioneering dance icons such as Kenny Ortega, Jamal Sims, and Michelle Johnston. They shared their wisdom and recognized how Louise’s contribution enhanced their work, mentoring her into the role of a leading choreographer.

Biography:
Teya Wild is a Canadian born dancer, choreographer and creative who now resides in Los Angeles, California. She began working professionally as a child, so she is no stranger to the limelight. As a kid, Teya began her career as an actor, and appeared in the movies Head Over Heels and A Storm In Summer; in TV shows Sesame Street and The Outer Limits; and in commercials for Radio Disney, Kohl’s, AmSouth, Kodak and Crystal Light. Despite the potential with her acting career, there was no denying Teya’s passion for dance.
Teya’s training and outgoing personality led her to one of Canadian TV’s most notable stages when she was chosen as a contestant and finalist for Season 4 of So You Think You Can Dance.
For many years, Teya has been building strong credits in both the Canadian and American dance community. TV credits include The Voice and Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist (NBC), Riverdale and DC’S Legends Of Tomorrow (CW), The Twilight Zone (Paramount+), as well as The American Music Awards, The Grammy Awards, and The BET Awards. Film credits include Step Up 5, Christmas Chronicles 2, Nickelodeon’s Spectacular!, Center Stage 2: Turn It Up, as well as numerous films for Disney: Sneakerella, Descendants 2 & 3, Freaky Friday, and Zapped. Teya has also toured with US recording artist Hailee Steinfeld, and danced alongside Taylor Swift. Biography:
Melena Rounis is a versatile choreographer, associate director, and performer who has been sharing her passion and knowledge of all things dance over the course of her 20+ year career. She has worked extensively in film, television, live performances and shows, striving to push the creative boundaries and developing emotionally driven and often high-tech content.
Melena was nominated for a 2022 Leo Award for her largest body of work as a Choreographer on Netflix’s 'A Week Away' the Musical. Other choreographic endeavors include Associate Directing and Choreographing two tours for Sesame Street Live! (‘Let’s Party' and ‘Make Your Magic’), as well as cutting edge research and development projects for Walt Disney Imagineering. She has put her touch on a plethora of film and television shows including the opening title sequence for HBO Max’s ‘Peacemaker’, and for other notable brands such as Dancing with The Stars, Comedy Central, Honda, Kmart, Christian Louboutin, AIDS Health Foundation and Knott's Berry Farm Amusement Park.
As a performer, some of her live and reality tv show credits include Cirque du Soleil (Michael Jackson Immortal World Tour and in Las Vegas at The Beatles LOVE), America’s Got Talent, American Idol, Next Top Model, Latin American Music Awards, as well as MusiCares with Sir Paul McCartney, and various other artists like Pitbull, Maluma, French Montana & Daddy Yankee to name a few.
She has taught and adjudicated extensively throughout Canada, the United States, Australia and Mexico, doing everything from large scale conventions to summer intensives, guest master classes, choreography and private sessions. Her expansive teaching vocabulary includes Street Jazz/Jazz Funk, Hip Hop, Locking, House, Jazz, Musical Theater, Heels, Lyrical and Pilates.

Biography:
Angelica Stiskin is internationally recognized for her versatility as a choreographer, director, performer, and dance educator. She is honored to lead the next generation of artists as the Artistic Director of Joffrey Ballet School’s Jazz & Contemporary Trainee Program and Flagship Jazz & Contemporary summer intensive, SPECTRUM.
She began her trajectory at Joffrey Ballet School as choreographer and educator in 2008, appointed Artistic Director in 2017, and has directed the worldwide Audition Tour since 2021.
She is seen touring the country on faculty for Heat Convention & Competition’s National Tour, as well continuing her work as choreographer, director, and creative consultant designing high-level concepts for fashion, editorial, and live entertainment. Most recently, Bloomberg Philanthropies commissioned Angelica to choreograph by request of notable creative, Beth Crandall, for the grand opening of PAC/NYC, Perelman Performing Arts Center (next to the Freedom Tower).
This major press event of the “ribbon connecting” ceremony highlighted the students and alumni of the Joffrey Ballet School. Angelica choreographed and consulted (using Joffrey Ballet School Trainees), the opening spectacle for the runway show of Brazilian brand, PatBO (featured on Beyoncé), at New York Fashion Week in February 2024.
She continues to experiment with screen dance collaborating with NYC-based filmmakers to design dance for film and provide movement direction for the worlds of dance along with a vast array of artistic mediums. She is now pursuing her Master’s in Education Leadership at Harvard University, a part-time program specifically designed for professionals in education carrying full-time careers.

Tiana started her career as a backup dancer for renowned pop stars like Christina Aguilera and Britney Spears, accompanying them on world tours like "Stripped," "Back To Basics," and "Circus." She was also featured in music videos for hits such as “I'm A Slave 4 U,” “Dirrty,” “Ain't No Other Man,” and “Can't Hold Us Down.”
After supporting various pop icons for ten years, she shifted gears to choreographing shows like “Dance Your A** Off” and “High School Musical: Get In The Picture,” where her creativity blossomed. This paved the way for her to venture into a career in creative direction for stage performances on primetime television.
