It’s now the start of a shiny New Year, everyone is excited to see what this year brings. 

I see messages all over my social media ‘what are your plans for 2021?’, ‘what did 2020 teach you?’, etc  

These are great but POINTLESS without a plan of action!  

A plan of action starts by prioritising what is important.  

If you are an Entrepreneur or Coach then one of these priorities HAS to be client acquisition.  

Here are my top tips for planning:  

✅ Start with the end in mind, brilliant words by Stephen Covey! You must know where you want to go BEFORE setting off 

✅ Make a list of all the things you deem to be a priority (goals) include family, business and fun stuff too ✅ Rank them in order of importance, BE HONEST with yourself  

✅ Decide how many hours each priority will take to accomplish  

✅ Now use a planner (I recommend Google Calendar) and add these priorities (as time blocks) onto the calendar - BE RUTHLESS 

✅ Now execute on this plan the very next day, don’t wait! 

✅ Review this over the coming weeks and adjust accordingly

Here is the step by step process:  

1️⃣ Know your numbers, you need to know your Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) and your Lifetime Value (LTV) first 

2️⃣ Create a compelling offer 

3️⃣Make it easy for the person to refer (simple system) 

4️⃣ Make it part of your current prospecting and onboarding process (your whole team needs to know this) 

5️⃣ Constantly remind current clients that this referral system exists 

6️⃣ Track these numbers weekly and adjust if needed

2020 was the rise of the ‘Fake Gurus’ and the release of The Contrepreneur Formula.  

This got me thinking about where I fit into the eco-system and the impact it has had in the coaching world.  

As a couple, one of our goals was to find the RIGHT coach/mentor for 2021 and last night we found one.  

Since starting my journey as an entrepreneur in 2016 (back then it was called businessman 😂) I have always had a coach/mentor.
