Episode 421 - Two Servings Of Derry

We went to see our doctor recently, and she told us everything was looking good except our bones. She concerned that they seem quite brittle, so she told us to get more Derry in our diet. We said "that's weird, we've been watching every new episode". She seemed confused by that and replied "No I'm saying that you need to consume more Derry." "Umm... yeah we get what you're saying. We know we're two episodes behind, but we'll get caught up." Still more confusion. We're starting to wonder how she made it through medical school. "I'm trying to tell you that, with your history inactivity and over-indulgence, your bones are going to start turning to dust. You have to do the bare minimum, and simply consume more Derry." "Fine, we get it, Doc. We'll watch both episodes this week." She asked us to leave. We don't know what her deal was, but by doctor's orders, we had a couple extra servings of Derry this week.

Episode 420 - Give The Devil A Hand

I told Jen this week that I was feeling a little burned out, she thought that I said "This week I feel like being a burnout." Classic bit of miscommunication. The problem is, she took that to heart, and showed up to the podcast faded out of her mind. Turns out, it couldn't have happened at a better time. I pointed out that this is, in fact, episode 420, and we both had a good laugh about it. Then she promptly forgot what we were talking about, and fell asleep in front of her microphone. Halloween is over, and just like every other year, we've got a wicked hangover, so the decorations are staying up for one more week. Normally we could handle it, even if we were a bit under the weather, but this year's been a bit of a challenge. Every time we go to take down our scarecrow, he's running off to pick flowers or scaring the mail man, and we have no idea where our killer clown is. We know he's around here somewhere. We haven't seen him in awhile, but we're sure he's going to show up in the next few weeks. Until then, we're grabbing a beer, and going back to bed.

Episode 412 - Winsteadily Dying Off

Do you remember your senior year of high school? We do. Those were the best of times, man. It was a real roller coaster for sure, but we loved every bloody minute of it. It was just us, our friends, and our trusty camera (that would occasionally reveal the horrific ways in which each of us would meet our untimely demise) against the world. A pretty typical high school experience, but we wouldn't trade it for anything... even if it meant avoiding being burned alive in a tanning bed.
