أحيانا قد يكون الاختلاف بالاختيار و أحيانا قد يكون بالاجبار ، أبناء الثقافة الثالثة وجدوا انفسهم مختلفين عمن حولهم ، هم يعيشون في واقع مختلف و بيئة مختلفة ومجتمع مختلف ، أغراب عن اوطانهم الأصلية و أغراب عن المجتمعات التي نشأوا و ترعرعوا فيها ، يحملون في جيناتهم مورثات التعايش و السلمية و التأقلم ، يتقبلون الجميع لأنهم يلعمون جيدا معنى أن تكون منبوذ أو غريب
