After taking a few months off from the podcast to complete and submit their respective films, 'Bloom' & 'Co-Stars', to Cannes Film Festival, Noah and Izac are back. Today they talked about the magnificent new film from Yorgos Lanthimos, starring Emma Stone, 'Poor Things' (2023).

Charlie Kaufman.

Noah, Jack, and Izac sat down this episode to discuss Charlotte Wells' critically acclaimed feature film debut, 'Aftersun' (2022). Topics touched upon include the ambiguity created by the film's story mechanics, the beautiful, naturalistic performances of the 3 leads, and what makes an "actor's script", as per Jack's analysis.

The team continues their discussion regarding Paul Thomas Anderson's, 'The Master' (2012). 

In this episode Noah, Izac, and Jackson continued the Paul Thomas Anderson series by discussing PTA's sixth film, 'The Master'. The team's conversation regarding this film will be split into two parts because oh my goodness 'The Master' is so dense and layered we couldn't possibly discuss it all in one episode.
