  • S1 E2: What is Calligraphy?

Calligraphy, the art of beautiful writing. It's a single word that covers a breadth of styles, scripts, tools and preferences. In this episode, Ajab and Christen unpack the iceberg of a question, "what is calligraphy?," and share about the different types of calligraphy we will often chat about on the podcast. The kicker: we want you to weigh in on Instagram. What does calligraphy look like to you? Do you write with a brush pen or a broad edged pen? Pencil, ink or paint? Tell us about the kind of writing you are most passionate about. At the end of the day, whatever the style, whatever your preference, we're all here to share the love of beautiful writing.

These are all questions Christen and Ajab had when starting out. If you're a beginner, this episode will help you move past the early struggles and grow in your calligraphy. If you're a veteran scribe, chime in to empower those just starting their journey in pen and ink.
