In this episode of The Candid Fitness, I chat with Dr. Harsheeta Razora a Scientist in the Defence Institute of Psychological Research (DIPR), an Indian defence laboratory of the Defence Research & Development Organisation,(DRDO), Ministry of Defence, Government of India. She specialises in the areas of clinical psychology, personality assessment and personal selection. She has presented several research papers in National and International conferences of Psychology, authored a field manual for suicide prevention for armed forces and co-authored two books on the psychosocial impact of Covid 19 on persons with disability and individuals affected by Corona by the National Book Trust, India. She is also a qualified hypnotherapist from the California Hypnosis Institute (CHI) of USA.
