Just because you aren't a CEO, an owner, or a manager, doesn't mean you can't be a LEADER in your work place. Even though you aren't the captain of your athletic team, it doesn't mean that you can't step up and take charge on the field. Leadership has nothing to do with your title, but everything to do with your actions and that is what I discuss on today's episode.

I had a big breakthrough just before recording this episode... Even though it may seem like common sense, you have to set your intentions before you enter a selling situation. If you are walking into a pitch, setting up for a meeting, or helping someone on the showroom floor, before you engage with the prospect, set your intentions to close the deal. I tried this 2 times and closed each deal after setting my intentions to close and not just have a sales conversation. Try it out today!

You only get one chance to make a good impression so make sure you perfect your pitch. In today's TFTW I practice my pitch on the way to a meeting, listen in and leave your thoughts in the comments!

Do you ever beat yourself up, think of all the negative outcomes, worry the worst will happen.... But you don't actually know because you haven't taken action? Today I discuss a situation I was avoiding dealing with because of fear and I was mentally beating myself up with negative thoughts. I decided to confront the beast, make the call and all of my worrying had been for not as the client was actually just busy and not angry.

Confront your beast today and find relief!

You know when you go for dinner with your friends and family, but everyone is on the phone? You hangout on the weekend having "Family Time" but everyone is staring at the TV screen? You are sitting at work, but thinking about your weekend, or what you will be doing when you get out of the office? STOP - Interrupt the pattern and take time today to focus on now, what is happening in the moment... Take time to be fully present and live the moment instead of always going on to what's next or distracting yourself from reality with your technology.

YOU CAN HAVE IT ALL!!!

But has anyone ever told you, you can't have everything you want? People always like to say that you can't achieve your dreams, go after your goals. But I submit to you, that you truly can have anything you want if you dedicate yourself to your mission and make a continued conscious effort to make things happen. The others are only justifying to themselves why they haven't been able to get it done!
