I am by no means in bad shape, however, I do battle daily with consuming the proper foods. A concept that I found really resonated with me is viewing food as "fuel" and not an "experience".
I know as I do, you can build out entire days, trips and family time around food and meals, but if you are struggling with your fitness, see if you can make a conscious effort to think about the fuel you are filling up your body with.
