The Cary Allen Picture Show

The original "King Kong" is one of my all time favorite films and was a staple during Thanksgivings in NYC. Paperhouse Network's Nick Angelo joins me as we discuss this enduring classic film.

Bryan Connolly is a filmmaker, painter and author living in Austin, TX. Bryan co-wrote Destroy All Movies: The Complete Guide To Punks On Film and numerous shows for Adult Swim. He's also the co-host of the fantastic podcast "The World Is Wrong" alongside Andras Jones, proud members of the Paperhouse Network family of podcasts!

Happy Halloweek!! For all you horror buffs out there I sit down with one of my best friends Stella Gillham and we delve into  the 1977 & 2018 versions of one of our favorite films and probably my all time favorite "remakes" of all time, Suspiria.

On this very special ad free episode I talk to Will & Kristen from the Guide To The Unknown podcast about a film that had a huge impact on all of us, The Blair Witch Project. We unpack it's origins, our experiences with the film, and our own theories on it's endless mysteries and enduring legacy.

Shawn Christensen is a musician, Oscar winning filmmaker, and artist. He's also someone who I have history with that inspired me to start making films.

Jorja Hudson is an award-winning comedy writer, director, producer and editor. In her writing she explores topics such as mental health, break-ups, climate change, gender disparities, the economic and social systems that have made being a millennial *so* chill,  and other equally lighthearted themes. She is based in Los Angeles, CA and am fueled almost exclusively by vegan donuts. She also made a wonderfully funny short film called "Withdrawals" that I absolutely love.
