The Casual Hour

This Week on The Casual Hour...

Bobby and Chase try to rein in the Destiny 2 talk (which of course means they spend the first half hour of the show chatting about it). And speaking of games we’ve put embarrassing amounts of hours into, that’s our topic for the week: What games have you put the absolute most time into?

This Week on The Casual Hour...

Destiny 2 has been out — looks at watch — about a week and Bobby, Johnny and Chase have put — looks at watch again, then does double take — …uh, way too much time into it. So what’s everyone think of it? Is Johnny back on the Destiny train after his checkered past with the franchise? Does it live up to Chase’s high expectations? Has Bobby gone completely nuts and jury-rigged a way to play Destiny at work? Is the new mechanic around shaders total crap? The answers to all those and more can be found in our latest episode (but yeah, the new shader system sucks. Just know that going in.)

This Week on The Casual Hour...

Mario + Rabbids: Kingdom Battle released the day we recorded, so Bobby and Chase are here to give their hottest of takes. And so far, the verdict seems…pretty good? In any case this weird Mario mashup has the guys wondering what other crazy Nintendo combinations we’d want.
