Adam C. Cady holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology/Athletic Training from California State University-Fullerton, and a Master of Health Science from Duke University. He is also a graduate of the sports medicine fellowship program at The Steadman Clinic, in Vail, Colorado. He currently works as a Physician Associate at Kaiser Permanente in Los Angeles, California. He also serves as a Captain in the California Air National Guard. He recently completed an Applying Functional Medicine in clinical practice certificate from the Institute for Functional Medicine. He is grateful for all of his current roles and endeavors but is most passionate about his work as CMO of Raincross High Performance and COO of the non profit At Last.

Christopher Bates, better known as "C. Bates," is an experienced certified athletic trainer and strength and conditioning specialist. He owns Raincross High Performance, a coaching and consulting practice, and is the Senior Sports Medicine Manager and Head Athletic Trainer for USA Water Polo's Men's Olympic team. Bates finds purpose through his faith, spending time with his family, reading, writing, learning, teaching, meditating, training, and having meaningful interactions with humans.
