Paradise Lost by John Milton is an epic poem that tells the story of the rise of Satan out of the depths of hell and his campaign to conquer the will of man on Earth. This video covers books 9 and 10 of Paradise Lost. Join us as we witness the divide between Adam and Eve and hear the seductive persuasion that Satan uses to seduce Eve. She eats, he eats and their worlds fall to pieces. Punishment is handed out and paradise as it was ceases to exist. Paradise Lost by John Milton is truly an epic poem. I hope you enjoy my explanation of Paradise Lost books 9 and 10.

Pour a cup of Joe, kick your feet up, and take a break with me on Tuesdays. Today we are discussing the how to purchase books on a budget for your home library. Personal libraries are more important than ever in today's world. Beyond the educational benefits of owning a home library, there are other more impactful reasons to create one. Below are the four main sources we use to build out our library.
- Library discards at local library.
- Book Bazaar which are in most big cities.
- Online sources such as FaceBook Marketplace, Ebay, Thiftbooks
- Estate sales that are selling books.
There may be additional ways to find books in your area but these four ways have worked great for us. I hope you enjoy the video!

This book changed the way I view the world. Everything I thought I knew about our public school system and compulsory education was a lie. Weapons Of Mass Instruction will illuminate things you always felt but never quite understood. This book will leave you pondering its contents for weeks and months after reading it. It is controversial and it may make you angry. It may even change the way you educate your family. Mr. Gatto does a great job at laying the issues out before you and allowing you to see for yourself what the political and economic elite have put us all through. I hope you enjoy the video.

Pour a cup of hot steaming coffee, kick your feet up, and take a break with me on Tuesdays. Today we are discussing the importance of building out a home library. Personal libraries are more important than ever in today's world. Beyond the educational benefits of owning a home library, there are other more impactful reasons to create one. Between the alteration and cancellation of certain books to "political" book banning, old books are more important than ever. Next week we will discuss how to build out a home library on a budget. I hope you enjoy the video!

“The Cause” is a movement to recover the wisdom, books, education, character, and culture we have inherited. Our mission is to help ordinary people rediscover our heritage and put its traditional…
Please join me in embarking on the Harvard Classics Series by Dr. Charles Elliot. This series dates back to around 1910 and is a collection of literature that I believe needs to be revived and rediscovered. I look forward to reading and discussing all 50 volumes with you as we learn about the great ideas of those who came before us. In this series, we will dive into Greek and Roman history, the American Founders, works from Francis Bacon, John Milton, and many more. We will cover Shakespeare and Chaucer and also some fictional works like Don Quixote which are all included in the Harvard Classics.
We will also review other books on this podcast that fit the classical education theme.
This series is being created for those passionate about classical education and as a supplement to homeschool curriculums. I truly hope these classical works of literature bring you as much joy as they do me.
Feel free to reach out with any questions as I would love to hear from you!
