In this weeks episode, I'm talking to Kari Armitage. Kari is the managing director of Quarry Mining. Based out of New South Wales. Kari has a very interesting story. She started off in civil engineering as a cadet, working for a civil engineering consulting firm. She then was asked by her father to come back and help run the family business. And I think she has some really unique insight into some of the challenges that taking over a family business presents.

And she's going to talk about them with us today.
