Dr. Knowles joins the show today and brings some really enlightening wisdom. He begins challenging people to ask themselves if you have a Passion or Hobby? For most people they are not developing their real passion, but instead putting too much time and energy towards a hobby.
From an early age he even talks about how Beyonce knew this was her passion. Not having to force to go to singing or dancing lessons!
Dr. Knowles has a passion to educate and motivate and ends with another challenge to start noticing how much of a risk taker you truly are. Do you venture down what can be a lonely path to take a risk or do you stay with the crowd?

Terry Allison sits down with me today to talk about steps towards coaching and guiding high level athletes. Terry is the owner and founder of Terry Style Wrestling, where has coached numerous nationally ranked wrestlers and college All-Americans. Two of his athletes are currently ranked number 1 in the nation in their weight class.
He shares the story of how he was able to understand and develop these athletes, where for him the conversation begins with their own individual desire and commitment level towards high performance.
I respect Terry an insane amount in part because his initial steps towards growing his kids is completely dependent upon building a relationship with them. Establishing that trust and connection with them is critical!
Such a brilliant mind! Enjoy!
